Refund Eligibility

We will issue a refund when the originally ordered product(s), either opened or unopened, is returned to us postmarked within 30 days of the received date.

  • Please ensure to include the RMA number provided by our customer service team when sending your return.
  • Refunds are only permitted for one order per customer. Repetitive refunds are not allowed unless the product received is defective.
  • Refunds due to fraud or unauthorized transactions will be fully credited, including shipping and handling charges.

Conditions of Refunds

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who repeatedly request them or who we believe are acting in bad faith.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Process

  • To process your refund, you must provide us with your full name and delivery address. Any incomplete or incorrect information may result in a delayed refund.
  • Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
